This fun BLT salad is made with our 1972 classic recipe bacon, freshly chopped tomatoes, lettuce and mixed with a ranch and mayonnaise dressing. It’s easy to make and can be enjoyed cold – perfect for a summer picnic, BBQ with friends, or a quick and tasty lunch!
1 pack of our streaky or back bacon
300g of pasta
150g vine tomatoes, halved
2-3 handfuls of romaine/iceberg lettuce
3 tbsp mayoniase
2 tbsp ranch dressing
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to season
1. Cook pasta according to packet instructions.
2. Heat oil in a pan and fry bacon. Once cooked chop into small pieces (around 2cm x 2cm).
3. In a small bowl, combine salad dressing ingredients and mix together.
4. Add all ingredients to a large salad bowl, mix together, and enjoy!
