Tender shredded chicken, crispy bacon and crunchy croutons with a delicious caesar dressing…this taco is quick to make and perfect for a light lunch or dinner.
Makes 8 tacos
2 English chicken fillets
8 rashers of streaky bacon
1 cos lettuce, chopped
8 taco shells
Parmesan cheese, grated on top
1. Preheat oven or grill to 190c and cook chicken for around 30 min. Cook bacon whilst chicken is cooking and chop up.
2. Shred chicken (two forks makes this easy) and set aside.
3. Now add taco shells to oven for about 2 minutes.
4. Remove taco shells from oven and fill them up!
